Blew me away!
I was all set to dislike Better-space. My partner had contacted them to help with opening up our dated home layout, and I knew nothing about the company. In our first online meeting, however, Dan the project coordinator blew me away. He was prepared, knowledgeable about the process my partner had asked him to address and had a proposal that was second to none. He completely disrupted my mindset – I went in expecting someone unprofessional and instead found myself dealing with a true expert.

Easy process and great prices
I was really excited when I found out about BetterSpace. I had been looking for a way to update my living room and kitchen on a budget, and their layout design package seemed like the perfect solution. Getting set up was easy – I just filled out a quick form on their website and they matched me with a designer.
Ed my project coordinator was great! He was really kind and helpful. I felt that the designer immediately got what I was asking for. She also respected our budget, which was great. We worked together to come up with some alternative option that we could consider which I then discussed with my builder.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience with BetterSpace. The process was easy, the prices were great!

Helped making everything work together
We were so excited when we competed the purchase of our new apartment. It was a blank slate just waiting for us to make it our own. But as the days went on, we realised that we needed more work than a lick of pain… we were struggling to figure out the ideal layout and we had different (too many!) ideas about what should go where. We weren’t sure how to make everything work together.
That’s when we decided to try BetterSpace. We filled out a quick questionnaire about our style and needs, and within days had a a very clear plan that ticked all the boxes and looked very professional.

Impressive platform
The online project platform is impressive. All the people from BetterSpace so far had been nice and had the knowhow. They communicated well and were engaged in their work. The next step was to get the extension built. This would be a challenging and exciting project. I hope that BetterSpace could still provide enough help in this phase of the process.

Good communication
We found BetterSpace on Bark and were really happy with their customer service. They did a good job interpreting our brief and they turn it into finished designs ready for planning. Their online portal is great for uploading documents or viewing designs – communication was really good and they met all deadlines. We would definitely recommend BetterSpace!

Impressive. Great communication
I was really impressed with the service at BetterSpace. The team was efficient, helpful, and communicated effectively throughout the process. I also appreciated the clear cost structure – there were no surprises. Overall, I found the dashboard gives a good overview for managing and tracking the entire process. Highly recommend!

The designer was fantastic
We were really impressed with the work that BetterSpace did for us. Our designer Leah created a space that really suited our tastes and we would never have managed to put together without her input. She’s very talented and has made a standard 70 flat come to life. Communication was equally brilliant; kept us up to date regularly, talked us through all the processes, helped us choose the right fittings – she was fantastic! We would definitely recommend BetterSpace to anyone looking for home improvement help.

Helpful and responsive
When I first heard about BetterSpace, I was a little skeptical. I mean, who wouldn’t be? It’s a company that promises to make your design dreams a reality. But after doing some research, I decided to give them a try. And boy, am I glad I did!
From the very beginning, my experience with BetterSpace has been great. My architect is super helpful and always responds quickly to my questions. And the support team is top-notch; they’re always there to help me out whenever I need it. Plus, the website makes the design process so much easier to understand.
Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to use BetterSpace.

Fabulous experience for a first timer
It was my first time using a design service like this, but I have to say, it was a fabulous experience all-round. My architect really understood what I wanted, and the final product was perfect. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Provided several designs to choose from
betterspace helped me to turn my dream into a reality. I bought a house recently and wanted to bring it up to date as the layout was dated. The house is about 60 years old. My designer provided several different designs which I could choose from and helped me to pick the best one for my needs. Now my house looks amazing and modern! Thank you so much for your help!

Happy with the results
We used this company to update our living room and bedrooms, and we were really happy with the results. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the design and drawings was very good. We would definitely use them again in the future!

Professional! Great service
After the 3rd architect I contacted refused to take on my project I found BetterSpace. I was so relieved and grateful for their professionalism and engagement throughout the entire process. BetterSpace provided great service and communication.

Far acceded my expectations
After being impressed with the work BetterSpace showed on their site I decided to go ahead with them. It felt a bit of a luxury as I though I could do the job myself. After discussing it with my partner, we decide to go ahead and give it a try. I have to admit that the result far acceded what I would have come up with so I was very happy with it – the extra expense was worth it.

Clever design solution
When I first started working with the team from BetterSpace I was really impressed by how attentive they were to my requirements.
I worked with them to design two floors – one with a lot of challenges, and one that was a bit more straightforward. I had so much fun working with the designer, and waiting for her daily messages to come through. The design ideas were very clever and I never would have come up with them myself.
